About Carey Natural Whole Health Coach
Cynthia Washington started as a Registered Nurse more than 20 years ago, later became a Nurse Practitioner, and then advanced to the Doctoral level in nursing practice. She has collected a tremendous amount of knowledge through her educational and health care journey.
Along the way, Cynthia discovered that her spiritual calling is to guide people in rejuvenating themselves through natural whole health.
Carey Natural Whole Health focuses on improving physical, mental, and spiritual health through creating quality and safe dietary supplements to promote nerve, vascular and immune health.

Our immune system is an essential element for our survival. It comprises a vast network of cells and tissues that is consistently on a lookout for invaders such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and more. Once an enemy is spotted, then the immune system activates a complex attack.

Spleen - an organ that sits in the upper left side of the abdomen. It filters the blood
